We, the victims, are demanding that the Los Angeles District Attorney Jail Judge Ana Maria Luna & Judge Brenda J. Penny. After the revelations in the Britney Spears case, LA DA George Gascon should know by now about these judges in the Stanley Mosk courthouse. They are prime examples of corrupt judicial officers allowed to operate in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California. We are demanding that George Gascon Jail judges Ana Luna and Brenda Penny!
Judge Brenda J. Penny, the supervising judge over the probate department, is the current judge presiding over the Britney Spears corrupt conservatorship case. Judge Ana Maria Luna presided over the Nichelle Nichols conservatorship case and rendered highly prejudicial rulings. Judge Ana Maria Luna was presiding in the probate department 11 court. She was moved to civil court on March 18, 2022.
The Justice Channel has documented evidence that both of these so-called judicial officers are pathological liars. It has been documented that both judges have allowed criminal misconduct by lawyers and fiduciaries in their court cases! The TJC has evidence that both judges have actively taken actions to cover up the criminal misconduct of lawyers and fiduciaries in their cases.

As a human being, I am outraged that criminals like Brenda Penny and Anna Luna have become squatters and trespassers in public taxpayer owned courthouses and steal the Unalienable Rights of the public under color of law in violation of 18 usc 241 and 242. The criminal penalties include life imprisonment and the death sentence. Bring out old sparky. These criminals running a crime syndicate in our courts must be held criminally liable with the most severe penalties..they are responsible for the murder of countless vulnerable people by depraved indifference to their life .

She has elderly abused case plus his brother in law Raul Martinez Cueto working for Senior Center getting senior people pretend to be nice with them . Joy Montgomery Fiduciary and Raul Martinez Cueto are protected or working for some one in the Stanley Mosk Court house. My probete case was denied fiduciary by the judge retired now but the lawyer Stephanie Bennett appointed by Stanley Mosk Court house recuested fiduciary again ? Why lawyer interested in a Fiduciary? The account can stay blocked until my son is 18 or 21 years old , l reviewed probete cases same thing ! I’m sure there is a big corruption in the Stanley Mosk Court house by judges !
