The wife of radio star Casey Kasem, Jean Kasem, accused the same court-appointed lawyer of my mother of the death of Casey Kasem in a lawsuit!
“The saga over the death of Casey Kasem continues as his widow, Jean Kasen, files a wrongful-death suit against the late countdown king’s attorney, Samuel D. Ingham III. According to court documents, she is accusing the lawyer of conspiring with the radio legend’s adult children to isolate and kill Casey Kasem for financial gain,” Fox News reports.

I tried to arrest Samuel D. Ingham back in 2017. The Sheriff’s Deputies did not accept my arrest. They would not even take a police report against him! I know and have the evidence to prove that Samuel D. Ingham III lied to the Georgia Probate court to allow a criminal conservator to continue to steal from my mother’s estate and neglect her health care. My mother did not want to live in Georgia and begged my sons and me to take her back to California before she passed away in 2017! Jail Samuel D. Ingham!

Samuel D. Ingham III was the court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for Britney Spears. The probate court granted compensation for his $10,000.00/week of legal services from Britney Spear’s estate!! Samuel Ingham III did nothing to protect Britney Spears or her estate. He just allowed the conservators and their lawyers to take millions of dollars from Britney Spears!

Samuel D. Ingham III allowed a criminal court-appointed Trustee, Jeffery Siegel, over my mother’s estate to waste and steal her home and commercial properties. I have filed several court petitions and reported the misconduct of the so-called court-appointed trustee to the court for several years! The current judge on my Probate case, Judge Ana Maria Luna, will not remove Jeffery Siegel and will only allow him to continue to waste and steal from my mother’s trust!
The fact that he is still working in the Probate courts and as a lawyer is a prime example of how corrupt the entire legal system is in Los Angeles!
My problems with Samuel Ingham III began soon after Judge Michael I. Levanas appointed him to my mother. During this time, my mother’s home was in foreclosure due to an illegal reverse mortgage taken out on her home by my mother’s former co-trustees and co-conservators. Both co-trustees had been removed due to their criminal malfeasance of my mother’s estate.
They took out a reverse mortgage on my mother’s home and did not report it to the court until they were removed back in 2015. The mortgage company found out that they were holding my mother in Georgia instead of living in her home in California. So they started foreclosure on her home. Samuel D. Ingham III did nothing to stop this foreclosure or recover the stolen funds by the former co-trustees!
I had also filed a petition to remove both co-trustees as co-conservators of my mother when they were removed as trustees. One of them resigned, but the other filed in the Georgia Probate court to have the conservatorship transferred to Georgia and to appoint her as Guardian of my mother’s person there. My mother did not want to live in Georgia. Samuel D. Ingham III did nothing to stop this transfer and even reported to the Georgia Court that the former co-trustee was in “good standing” in the Los Angeles probate case!
