According to a Page Six article, Britney Spears has settled her conservatorship case with her estranged father, Jamie Spears.

“It has been our honor and privilege to represent, protect, and defend Britney Spears. Ms. Spears is and always will be an icon and a brilliant and brave artist of historic and epic proportion,” the superstar’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, confirms in an exclusive statement to Page Six on Friday. “Although the conservatorship was terminated in November 2021, her wish for freedom is now truly complete,” he continues. “As she desired, her freedom now includes that she will no longer need to attend or be involved with court or entangled with legal proceedings in this matter.”

What this article does not tell you is that it seems that her so-called lawyer Mathew Rosengart got her to sign a “Stipulation agreement” to settle out and close the cases against the fraudulent accountings by her father. This might include other private lawyers, court-appointed lawyers as well as her father. This does not make any “legal” sense because her father as well as several others all acting in concert stole Millions of Dollars from Britney Spears! This agreement basically allows her father and others to walk away smelling like a “Rose!”
About two years ago I discussed some negative issues concerning Mathew Rosengart on the TJC Podcast that I experienced in trying to hire him to take my Probate case. My guest on that show reported issues with her experiences with Mathew Rosengart also. My guest Angelique Fawcette, one of the five organizers for the #FreeBritney movement, has reported to me that the lawyer for Britney Spears has not attempted to contact her about her high-profile probate case as well.
Jamie Spears and several others, should be in jail by now and have to pay Millions of Dollars to Britney for all of the fraudulent accountings and embezzlements! To top this “Mockery of Justice” off, Britney Spears has to pay her father’s conservatorship fees and all of his legal fees! Why would Mathew Rosengart advise his client to agree to this? It seems to me that Britney Spears has just gotten screwed again in this Probate Conservatorship case and all of the criminals got off free and clear!
This is just another sad development in this Britney Spears conservatorship case. It is an example of how corrupt the Los Angeles Probate Courts are, how dirty her lawyer is, and the criminal Judge in her case Ana Maria Luna. The Justice Channel has issued a warning: Stay out of the Probate Courts and stay away from Mathew Rosengart!
The Justice Channel has been informed that Britney Spears has paid Mathew Rosengart about 4 Million Dollars so far. BJ is very suspicious about Mathew Rosengart also.
