Special Report: Corruption in the Los Angeles Probate Court Series Part II

You will hear all of the financial advisors that are on TV and radio say to use these strategies for an estate plan to protect your assets and avoid probate. What they do not tell you is why you need to avoid “probate!”     I have never heard any of these financial advisors or estate planners say that you need to stay out of the probate courts because they are totally corrupt and out of control!!     I took a course as part of my paralegal degree program in Wills, Trusts, and Probate. The textbook was very informative. It… Continue reading

SPECIAL REPORT ON CORRUPTION IN THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY SUPERIOR COURTS: STANLEY MOSK COURTHOUSE PART I

Stanley Mosk Courthouse 111 North Hill Street Los Angeles, CA 90012 INTRODUCTION I was evicted back in June 20017, from an apartment building that is owned by my mother and is currently held in her living trust that I am designated to inherit. This report gets more complicated and even darker in consideration that my mother’s multi million dollar estate has been locked up in a probate case since 2004 in the Los Angeles Superior Courts Probate Department 11 at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Unfortunately for me, I not only inherited part of a multi-million dollar estate but I also inherited my brother & sister’s greed… Continue reading

DEMONSTRATIONS AGAINST THE DONALD TRUMP BAN ON MUSLIM IMMIGRANTS AT LAX JANUARY 29, 2017

Our new president, Donald Trump, has shown that he is a man of his word during his first week in the White House as president. He has signed many executive orders against immigration in his first week. His temporary ban on Muslims has been exploding with demonstrations all across this country. Los Angeles, California, has been no exception. Los Angeles has the largest Iranian population outside of Bagdad in the world!      The demonstrations against this ban in Los Angeles started on January 29, 2017, at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). A huge crowd formed at the Tom… Continue reading

WHAT IMPACT WILL THE CUMULUS TRANSIT ORIENTED/MIXED-USE PROJECT HAVE ON THE COMMUNITY?

There was a presentation by representatives from the Cumulus Transit Oriented/ Mixed-Use Project during the General West Adams Neighborhood Council meeting on January 25, 2016.      I believe this project will have a significant impact on the local communities in that area.  Parts of the presentations were recorded with my camera. This project did receive approval from the WANC board at this meeting. I did request that the board generate a community impact statement for this project.   The group made a presentation to the WANC’s Land Use Committee the previous week. I voiced my main concern… Continue reading

NSA: There’s A Spy In My Soup!

This is another interesting article from the TJC foreign correspondent Janet C. Phelan     Okay, we now know that our phone calls are being monitored. Snowden has made it clear that none of our electronically conveyed communications are secure from NSA snooping. But to find that they are now listening to our potato chips? As revealed recently in an article in MIT News,  technology has been developed which would allow our relentlessly nosy government to pick up voice prints from a bag of potato chips, a glass of water, a window or potted plant. This is how it works:    The tiny vibration of… Continue reading

Is The U.S. Supreme Court In Contempt Of Black America?

Chief Justice John Roberts             The U.S. Supreme court ruled on June 25, 2013 by a Writ of Certiorari to “invalidate” section 4 of the Voter Rights Act (VRA) of 1965. This section provides crucial protections for Black Americans against states that have a long history of promulgating racist obstructions to voting or running for office. Chief Justice John Roberts, delivered the Supreme Court’s opinion in the  SHELBY COUNTY, ALABAMA v. HOLDER, ATTORNEY GENERAL, ET AL, case. As stated in the Supreme Court Syllabus for this case:  The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was enacted to address entrenched racial discrimination… Continue reading

Analysis Of The “Stand Your Ground” Law In The State Of Florida

I have posted the Florida Statute of self-defense that contains the “Stand Your Ground” section after my analysis in this article. This was used for the defense of George Zimmerman, for the murder of Trayvon Martin. It is also being used as the “excuse” for the corruption and institutionalized racism of the Florida judicial system. This law was reviewed by the judge in the Zimmerman trial and was found not to apply to Zimmerman! The judge could have thrown the case out before it came to trial if it did apply. The jury should have seen that Zimmerman is a low-life killer and convicted… Continue reading
