This is a report on the complaint against judge Ana Maria luna that was filed directly to the Probate Supervising Judge Brenda J. Penny in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles, California. Judge Brenda J. Penny is the current presiding judge in the Britney Spears case. My complaint was filed in her courtroom back on December 15, 2021, and I did not receive her response to my complaint until March 1, 2022. Additionally, I filed a declaration in support of the termination of the Britney Spears case and for relief for all of the victims in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse Probate departments back on October 22, 2021, and she still has not responded to my declaration yet. This complaint contained a copy of the numerous complaints about Judge Ana Maria Luna on the Robing Room Website.
I am going to add more details later to show that Judge Brenda J. Penny is lying in her response to me. This can be determined by analyzing the Code of Judicial Ethics for judges. How can she say that “she sees no violations by Judge Ana Maria Luna” because I have solid evidence of her lying in her rulings against me? Judge Ana Maria Luna was acting to protect a bunch of criminal lawyers and a court-appointed trustee by her criminal misconduct! Judge Ana Maria Luna was removed from the probate courts several weeks after I filed this complaint to Judge Brenda J. Penny. I am going to file some additional complaints to this Supervising Probate judge about my probate case as well.

Judge Ana Maria Luna has been cited for her misconduct in a high-profile probate conservatorship case of actress Nichelle Nichols. Her decision to allow this conservatorship to be transferred to New Mexico has put Nichelle Nichols’s life in danger!
