THE MAIN PROBLEMS WITH THE PROBATE CONSERVATORSHIP COURTS IN LOS ANGELES

Thanks to our former governor Jerry Brown, who decided that he needed to cut the California state budget! Cut the budget for the California state courts while he was in office! This had a significant impact on many of the court services that have still not come back yet as of 2022. One of the major problems that it created in Los Angeles County was that all of the Probate cases in the county have to go thru the Stanley Mosk Courthouse! This is one of the reasons that Nichelle Nichols Conservatorship is in the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and why there is another protest rally going on!

This is why during the last decade that we have seen several high-profile probate cases in Los Angeles going through the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Some of these cases include the Michael Jackson case, the Donald Sterling case, and most recently the Britney Spears case.

Now another high-profile celebrity probate conservatorship case at the Stanley Mosk courthouse has come out in the media! This is the Nichelle Nichols conservatorship case. People that know her have criticized her son for selling her home. They questioned the need for a conservatorship at this time also! https://sandrarose.com/2021/08/star-trek-icon-nichelle-nichols-friends-slam-her-son-for-selling-her-home/

I have published several blog articles about the corruption in the Stanly Mosk Courthouse. Most articles are about the probate department!
