Sarah Talei is one of the lawyers on my probate case [Moore Family Trust & The Myrtle Moore Living Trust BP 141 987]. She is a good example of California BAR Corruption! She is an associate of the Oldman, Cooley, Sallus, Birnberg, Coleman,& Gold, LLP law firm. Her law firm’s bio makes her look like a very competent and accomplished attorney! She is nothing but a low-down lying stupid RAT lawyer! She should be in jail along with her brother Nathan Talei! Her law firm teamed her up with her stupid lying brother Nathan Talei in my case. Both represent the criminal court-appointed fiduciary for my mother’s trust Jeffery Siegel!

Since they came on my case back in 2015, they have filed three fraudulent accountings! Sarah Talei & Nathan Talei have not protected my best interests in my mother’s trusts as California Probate Statues require. Both lawyers have not tried to recover any of the millions of dollars that have been stolen from my mother’s trusts. This is required by California Probate statutes. They continue to lie to the probate court! Both act to cover up the fact that this court-appointed fiduciary is only motivated to steal everything he can from my mother’s trusts! They have conspired with the lawyer for the former co-trustees Daniel B. Herbert from the law firm of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP to cover up the crimes of the former co-trustees! Daniel Herbert is another dirty lying lawyer who should not be practicing law in any state! He represented the former co-trustees removed by the court, for stealing millions of dollars during his representation!

I have filed complaints to the State BAR of California against Sarah Talei and her brother Nathan Talei. The State BAR of California will only send me responses with a recital of all of the crimes that I reported to them. Then they refuse to prosecute them. So, I have started to do an investigation into their backgrounds.

Sarah Talei worked at the Probate Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court, where the probate attorneys and judges supervised her. She has served on the Probate Volunteer Panel (PVP) for the Los Angeles Superior Court since 2010. The criminal court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem for Britney Spears, Samuel Ingham, is from the Probate Volunteer Panel of lawyers! Samuel Ingham was the guardian ad Litem for my mother!
She has served as the Secretary and Treasurer on the Barrister Board of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Iranian Bar Association. Her brother Nathan Talei is named as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers!! This is a complete joke!
