I have been involved with a Probate conservatorship litigation case in the Los Angeles Superior court Stanly Mosk courthouse probate department 11 since 2004! I have had a string of dirty stupid, prejudiced, and unethical judges, including Judges Aviva K. Bobb, Michael I. Levanas, Leslie C. Green, Barbara Johnson, and now Judge Ana Maria Luna, that have maintained the judicial corruption that dominates the Los Angeles probate courts!!
Most financial advisors and classes in California probate law will advise you to do everything you can to stay out of the probate courts! What they do not tell you is that it is because the probate courts are totally corrupt and run as a judicial racquet by dirty judges!
In this blog post, I have reported a summary of only some of the most recent crimes committed by one of these so-called judicial officers in my case! I could write a book on the entire story!
In my probate case [BP1441987], Judge Ana Maria Luna has caused irreparable harm to the trusts. She has obstructed my justice in my case by rendering prejudicial rulings against me for everything that I petition the court for! Her void orders are based on her lies, and it is self-evident she is only trying to protect criminals operating in the probate courts that are attached to my case!
In my probate case, This stupid, dirty Judge Ana Maria Luna continues to ignore the law or is totally ignorant of the California probate trust litigation laws.
During the time that Judge Luna has presided over my case, she has committed but not limited to the following violations as a judicial officer in the Los Angeles County Superior Court Probate Department 11 that I consider to be criminal misconduct:
1.) Judge Luna has granted sanctions against me from a motion filed by the attorney for my sister Daniel Herbert based on false and misleading statements about the law and circumstances around a mandatory settlement conference. Judge Luna granted his sanctions against me but did not grant any sanctions against him for his professional misconduct and CA BAR violations!
2.) Before the March 24, 2021 trial to remove the court-appointed temporary trustee Jeffery Siegel and order for sanctions against him and the former co-trustee Jean Robinson, this dirty judge Ana Maria Luna denied my Ex parte to continue the trial based upon several issues, including that this corrupt trustee is behind on the accountings for the Myrtle Moore Living Trust for about three years! Another major issue was a foreclosure on the apartment building that I had inherited from my mother’s trust going on at the same time.
3.) Judge Luna denied my ex parte to stay the foreclosure on my building based on her only false justification that I have no standing in this probate case! I filed a Writ after she blew off my Ex Parte against this stupid ruling by the court of appeal denied it!

4.) Judge Luna then proceeded to force me into a trial without all the evidence I needed. She also refused to accept judicial notice that the former co-trustee Jean Robinson had been removed as co-trustee due to her fraudulent accountings and has not disclosed what she has done with millions of dollars from the Moore Family Trust and the Myrtle Moore Living Trust!
5.) Judge Luna then proceeded to deny all of my requests from petitions that I filed against the current criminal court-appointed temporary trustee and the former co-trustee.
6.) I was able to force the temporary trustee Jeffery Siegel to produce the delinquent accountings after the so-called trial this year! At the hearing for the accounting from the temporary court-appointed trustee Jeffery Siegel, judge Luna disclosed that she would approve the fraudulent accountings for false justifications again! Still, the lawyer for my sister Jean Robinson requested to continue the hearings so he could obtain the financial documents that I requested in my objections to all of the accountings in the Moore Family Trust & the Myrtle Moore Living Trust. Her lawyer, Daniel Herbert, never produced these documents that would have proven that he lied about transferring all of the assets from the Moore Family Trust to the Myrtle Moore Living Trust! The current court-appointed trustee Jeffery Siegel did nothing to prove that Daniel Herbert was lying or that he took any actions to recover any of the lost assets as required by California state probate statutes!
7.) Judge Luna approved the fraudulent accountings by Jeffery Siegel on 12/8/2021, stating that the Moore Family Trust has nothing to do with the Myrtle Moore Living Trust, which is a bald-faced lie!
