Megan Thee Stallion has been making statements during interviews that people did not believe her when she told them that Tory Lanez had shot her in the foot. Megan Stallion and other Black females believe that this is a common issue with Black females.
This high-profile trial had a big turnout by the media and fans of these performers. The verdict phase of the trial was very emotional, and there was a very emotional response by the father of Tory Lanez to the court. This Black father condemned the court and the prosecutors for their actions in this case.
